Why is the shipping showing up higher than stated in the ad?
eCrater does not automatically combine shipping for a discount. You have two options. You can either pay for the order with the higher shipping and I will refund the difference, or you can wait for me to send you an invoice with the correct shipping. If you have any questions about shipping costs, feel free to email me!

When will I receive my order
I ship within 2 business days of receiving payment. Most orders go out the next day via USPS 1st class mail. You will receive notice when your order is shipped and a tracking number.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards securely through PayPal or Google check out. You may also mail me a US Postal Service Money Order or Cashier's Check.

What is your refund policy?
We will accept returns up to 10 days after you have received your order for store credit. Items must be in original condition as received. A return authorization code is required prior to you returning merchandise. Store credit will not be given on returns without an authorization code. Please contact us to request an authorization code and state reason for returning items. A full refund will be given, including return shipping, if we made an error in shipping the wrong product or misrepresentation of product. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all other returns. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Yes! I will be happy to ship your items priority mail or express mail. Please email me for a shipping quote!

Do you have other sizes and/or colors?
Currently I have my entire inventory listed in my store. However, if you are looking for a particular color or size, email me and I can order it in for you.
